We provide independent Legal Mapping Services & Boundary Surveys to determine the dimensions/size of your land or property. Plans are fully Land Registry compliant, & can be produced for either the purchaser or vendor of a Site, or property.

Land Registry Compliant Plans

In 2002, the Land Registry put in place strict guidelines to help with the consistency of applications submitted to them. At SurveyWorx, all of our Plans are Land Registry compliant and completed by a Qualified Surveyor

We produce boundary reports, determined boundary plans, land registry compliant plans, demarcation of a boundary, setting out of new boundary positions, boundary reports & supporting plans/documentation for adjudication/disputes.

Survey Methodology & Delivery

We deploy the latest integrated Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, UAV/Drone Technology & “Robust Survey Methods” to capture & verify accurate Survey Data relating to Property/Site Boundaries.

Survey Data is Post-Processed in-house through the use of dedicated Survey Mapping Software & rigorous QA/QC procedures to ensure we deliver consistent & reliable results.

To be considered compliant, these plans must contain the following information: –

  • Drawn to Scale
  • Indicate a North Point
  • Include NO Disclaimers, for example “FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY”
  • Include all land associated with the property, such as Garages, Outbuildings & Gardens
  • Display an Ordnance Survey Extract
  • Indicate all measurements that relate to Scaled Measurements (wherever possible)
  • The location must be clear, and include all roads, junctions and landmarks
  • Show all buildings in their exact location, and position all drives and pathways correctly
  • Include all separate areas of the building, including additional properties and parking
  • Complicated or intricate boundaries should be pulled out onto a Larger Scale or Insert Plan
Land Registry Plans are fully Land Registry Compliant, feature an OS Location Plan and are delivered in a variety of industry standard PDF with accompanied 2D AutoCAD formats.
